Can every handbag be assessed remotely?
No. Image quality, materials, alterations and the question being answered affect suitability. Some items require physical examination or a specialist referral.
Is authentication included?
Yes. Authentication is included in both the $65 Remote Condition Report and the $95 Condition & Resale Valuation service for supported brands and items. It is not offered as a standalone service. The scope of a formal appraisal is confirmed in your proposal.
What if I have several bags or a boutique collection?
Collections and professional partnerships receive a tailored proposal based on item count, complexity, documentation and the work required.
Will my report be suitable for insurance?
Tell us what your insurer requires before booking. A resale assessment serves a different purpose from an insurance appraisal. We’ll confirm the appropriate scope and report for your request.
